Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, with no response your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.

 

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP by email ONLY. No messages being sent via social media will be answered. If your order was placed on the weekend, we will respond  first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.goalfigureclothing.com you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

LOST ORDERS

  • An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as "Delivered"
  • If tracking shows no movement or looks to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of shipping days, then orders may be considered lost and a claim will need to be made.

How many days following the last tracking update should I file my claim?

  • Domestic orders - 7 days

STOLEN Packages

An order is considered stolen if tracking confirms package status as 'Delivered', but not received

Wait 5 days from the day your package status was marked 'Delivered' before reaching out and filing your claim. You must take this up with UPS or USPS. GOAL FIGURE CLOTHING assumes NO LIABILITY for stolen packages. 

You can contact customer support for more information, they will assist you in filing the proper claim. ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED.

Goal Figure Clothing is NOT responsible for any packages that state DELIVERED. 

 

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 3~5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed ! Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order before shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact UPS or USPS. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
